Go to the creative.com website, click support. click download. Select MP3 Player, Muvo, Then your specific model.
Read the instructions and Download the driver tool.
Try running the tool, do a format and upgrade, it might work first time.
If not...unplug the Muvo from the USB slot.
Press and hold the 'play' button and plug it in while holding the button down. Hold it for at least 10 more seconds.
This should put the player into recovery mode (hard reset).
Then re-run the firmware upgrade tool.

you can find a complete list of firmwares on the creative website by clicking here and following the link just make sure you click the 4gb model not the 1.5gb. and that should be everything youll ever need for a creative nomad muvo2.

How do you erase the music library from a MuVo2 FM MP3 player?
Hi,
To delete,Open media player* plug in mp3/4* highlight song/s* right click mouse and choose delete

certain models let you remove songs directly from the mp3 player but some dont if you plug it in to the computer a file in My Computer should show up called removable disk E where you can treat the mp3 player like any other folder if you right click on the icon for a specific song it will delete it from the mp3 player but it wont show up in the recycle bin because it was never actually on the computers hadrive
