After power loss my Kodak EasyShare M1020 frame would not start. Is there any hope to address this problem?

You check the frame settings and see if the shuffle option is activated. You need to turn off the shuffle option for the oldest-newest order to take effect. Also, you may want to reset the frame. Press and hold the volume (+) and the power button at the same time to reset the frame to factory default.

Go back to the Home screen and go to the Settings. Select Viewing Options and activate Suffle/Random.
