Reverse the water hoses and see if you get just cold water. Post back the results.

If you sleep with dust on the tiles, then yes.
It is recomended to sweep it first or vacuum clean it. A cold may be an alergy from any dust sticking on your matress or body freezing and warming at the same time..

if the outside gets cold and inside is not getting cold this is sign of low refrigerant

As long as the water valve is turned on.....most likely you need a new water control valve. This valve turns on the cold water for cold, the hot water for hot or both hot and cold for warm water cycles. About $100 or less parts and labor to fix. Or if your inclined you can get the part yourself and replace it....not to much trouble. You can get a generic valve for $15 to $20

It sounds like you have the hot and cold water lines to the washer reversed.  Try turning off the tap for the hot water then setting the washer to just cold wash and then  hot washif you get nothing on the cold and cold water when set to hot they are probably reversed.  Typically if the auto-temp control is broken you will only get hot or cold coming out on any setting.
