Freezer is dropping temperature
Check that the cooling pipes at the back of the freezer are not clogged with dust etc. and that there is sufficient space for air to circulate around them. If they are ok check that the freezer door seals are all intact and seal the freezer cabinet completely when the door is closed. Any gaps here will cause the compressor to over work in an attempt to keep the temperature low. If none of these suggestions then it could be a slow leak of the refridgent gas. A clue that this is the case is the freezer being a lot cooler at the top than the bottom of the cabinet.
Testimonial: "Hi Freddy Thank you for our help. 1 and 2 are ok. it may be loosing gas, It struggles to cool and looses temp. very quickly if you open the door a few times. yesterday it climbed up to -16 today its hovering around -10. Do u think the Changing Relay or starer cap. may help. it doesn't seem like any of these are a problem....not to sure about my assumption..."

good place to start is the starting device for the compressor.slip the cover off the compressor electrics on lhs of compressor usually and you may find the relay burnt out.tyhis is the mostly area but if elsewhere, look at the defrost element and check wiring loom

This more than likely is because your evap.coil is frosted up do to a part failure with the defrost system. Look at the freezer back panel is there alot of frost growing all over it this is the number one sign. Either way take the back panel off and make a visual check. If there is alot of frost first get a multimeter and set it on Ohms with alert chime meaning you get continuity. First check the defrost heat if you get the chime sound from the meter or NOT a infinite number of Ohms then its good. Then look for the round shaped part hooked to the evap and in series to the heater this is the bimetal (while its good and cold) cut wires to it and strip ends and check for continuinty there also if so, it's good but must be frozen cold to get continuity wire nut it back after check if good. If those parts check out then your mechanical defrost timer is bad or adaptive defrost board is bad it would be either one depending on this model of fridge you have. Hope I helped.

Go to there website and see if you can find your model. You can also contact them from there.

Also get yourself a stand alone fridge and freezer thermometer - leave it in for an hour -that will establish what the temperature really is which will help in diagnosing the cause.
Also trying unplugging it for 15 minutes so the display board loses power - then plug it back in - sometimes that will reset it.

The freezer is probably in need of defrosting. This usually occurs when the freezer has been over packed. It needs to be able to ahve air flow through it, there are holes in the back of the freezer and a defrosting element at the top and they need to be clear in order to keep it frost free. It happend to me and we called an engineer out. solved it by using hair dryer to defrost it.

Hi,
As the weather is getting warmer for many people their freezer and/or refrigerator do not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...
Check out this tip that I wrote about that... it is a great place to start trouble shooting your unit...and something that you can do rather then calling a repair person to do a simple thing for you...
