My 3 year old threw my phone. Display screen does not light up at all. Key pad does. Need step by step instructions to get into my inbox and forward the text messages to my inbox. It's very important for my upcoming custody case to prove harassment and stalking from son's father. All of my proof is in my text messages. I have another phone being sent by alltel, but once I switch over I will lose all messages.
I am also wondering if there is a phone connector usb cable that I can use with something like Data Pilot or just send to computer for record.
If anyone can help me it would mean the world. Thank you so much.
From what I understand, most cell phone companies require a court order requesting release of text messages. Sprint used to let people access them online but they stopped allowing that...w/out the order.
