Check the heat switch in the rear. if it's on, check the thermal fuse in the top right rear of the brewer. it'll be in a now browned tubing. you can get it through bunn (800) 352-BUNN (2866)

If yes then:

I cannot figure out why my hot water no longer gets hot. I unplugged my timer 3 years ago and never had a problem. Now, no hot water unless timer is on and circulating.
Best solution is to remove the circulation-system crossover located under sink and see if problem is solved.
After removing crossover piece, try hot water tap.
Another way to check if this is the problem: Turn off cold water shut-off located above water heater. No need to turn off power or gas to water heater. Now, no water should flow when you turn on hot water tap because hot is turned off.
Open hot water side of double handled faucet. If water still comes out the hot side, then crossover is the problem.

After removing Taco crossover, you can still have the problem if a single handled faucet has the same type of crossover issue.
Repeat test to see if water comes out of hot side when water to water heater is shut off.
If water still comes out of hot side, then put ear against each single handled faucet and see which one has sound of moving water. That will narrow down the suspects.

if your system has a hot water control valve ( a valve that allows cold water into the hot water line (By law) to prevent scalding and hot water burns , that unit has a have a habit of failing and making the water colder that it is supposed to be

Hot water connected but does not fill into the drum? The machine will provide us with a cold wash but on the warm and hot settings the hot water dies not pull through the connection
Turn off the water valves which supply the water to washer hoses. Switch the hot and cold water supply hoses and tighten. Turn the water valves back on and try to run a wash cycle using cold. If hot water only is entering the wash tub the water supply is ok. If this is the case you can unplug the washer and turn off the water valves. Remove the washer back cover and follow the water connection for the hot water. The water solenoid valve will have two electrical wires connected to it. Interchange the hot water solenoid wires with the cold water solenoid connection. Connect the water supply hoses hot to hot and cold to cold then plug the unit then test the washer on the cold wash. If the problem persists it could be a water hose restriction or the timer circuit could be defective. If you have hot water at the normal pressure purchase a new hot water solenoid valve. With the electrical cord unplugged be sure to restore the correct wire connections on the hot and cold water solenoid. To replace the hot water solenoid remove the hose clamp and hose to replace the old valve. Connect the unit to the water and electrical outlet. Turn on the water and test the unit for leaks being careful not to touch any electrical and moving parts. If all checks ok and the correct temperature work, unplug the unit and reassemble.

No hot water
more than likely tripped the high temp switch. This is made as part of the upper thermostat, replace the thermostat and it should start making hot water.

Hello, first if any water supply hot or cold is turned off, you will experience trickling as you mention. You must have both cold and hot in order to adjust the temperature on your valve. if you had a plumber intall this unit you should ask him to adjust it. Otherwise here is how:
Rotate the handle counterclockwise to stop and let water run till cold water is purged, check
temperature. Rotate handle to off, remove handle parts (see Disassembly in your manual) and temperature limit stop, rotate clockwise to decrease and counterclockwise to increase maximum hot water temperature, reinstall temperature limit stop and handle (TIP: Do not screw handle in until desired maximum temperature is achieved) Repeat steps until desired maximum
temperature is achieved

Your problem is: WATER IS NOT HOT

The hot water for your d/w comes directly from your hot water heater. Sometimes the pipe length from the hot water hearter is very long, so when you turn on the d/w it's filling up with the water that 's been sitting in the water lines. By the time the hot water gets to the d/w it's already full. All is not lost. When you're ready to turn the d/w on, first turn on the kitchen sink faucet and let it run till the water is hot, then turn on the d/w.
