Psp DNs (8041040F)

I just got my psp yesterday and im tryiing to get it on the inter net and i get all the way up to DNs my ip is correct everything is set besides my dns and i cant find it on my computer to type it in on the psp.

    i get everything right , and do what everyone tells me but my dns servers are not working. thats why it says '' Connection to the server failed. A dns error has occurred. (8041040F)

    Im trying to start my internet on my PSP it goes by the access point but when it reaches the IP address it times out.

    Ok so I type in everything SSID, WEP, etc.....but when I connect it says everything is done right except connection:failed....Then I get this pop up that says DNS error: 8041040F......I try changing a few stuff....still says this! But when I go to my neighbors house then it works...we do it the same but the IP Address and stuff are different....somebody please help me!

Go to start. click run. type in cmd and click ok. Then
dont clik anfing jus type in "ipconfig /all" exactly as i ave but leave out the inverted commas. it shud come under dns servers or dhcp server. (please note primary and secondary dns are the same fing.

Well I can only say 1 thing.
Change your primary dns into
and leve your secondary blank or you can change it if you want

that solves the problem only in 60% so dont be angry

This error means you have the wrong DNS address. So, make a new connection and try that.

U Have To ReConfigure The Internet Link Or Delete The History,cookies and stuff inside the broser options.
