We are a non-profit organization that just purchased a used panasonic fp-1780 copier, however, we were given the wrong user's manual and no service manual for such. i have called panasonic as well as entered the model number into their search engine, however, to no avail (the representative provided me with a number that states ''we are unable to answer your call due to technical difficulties'' and their website does not recognize this model, possibly because it is too old???). if anyone could help us, we sure would appreciate it. thank you.

Contact several vendors and the non-profit organizations and you may find something that works, or discover a way to get a newer computer (used or donated likely). I supported visually impaired users about 20 years ago, and several government organizations sponsored products that did so.
