I would call the support line for the Reward club and check that they have not deleted you as a user of their services. Could be many reasons for them to not have your data any more, or suspended your login..
Go to Club Nintendo and register for an account.
Add the device to your Club Nintendo account.
If it adds, then it is real.
I don't think I've seen a fake DS Lite before.
