HELP! No heat coming from the unit. I have replaced the heating element, thermistor, and thermal fuse. Still no heat. I flipped the circut breaker out side the house 3 times, waiting a minute before turning it back on. Still no heat. I am running out of patience and clean dry clothes
If this is a 220 VAC dryer use a voltmeter at the wall plug. Chcking from common, usually the leg with the angled blade, to each of the hot legs, each with the straight blade. You need to have 110 VAC in both of these. If there is only 110 at one of the legs the motor will run but the element will not heat. If you find only one leg has 110 VAC try a new circuit breaker in the breaker box. If the breaker is bad it will appear to reset, but still not send current. If you have 110 on both legs check in the dryer for a burned off wire at the timer or element.

it sounds like your heating element is gone bad. there is no heat if they burn out or get corroded

A - Things that could stop a gas dryer from heating:
- glow bar igniter, thermal fuse ( not all models ), coils on the gas valve, gas valve, thermostats,motor heat switch, timer, selector switch, sensor.

See if there is a high limit thermostat and if there is, check it with an ohm meter. There should be no resistance. If there is resistance, the high limit thermostat is bad and must be replaced.This is a picture of the thermal fuse and high temperature thermostat for your model dryer, to give you an idea of what it looks like. Remove 1 wire from the element . Your 220 V comes from ...110 motor , 110 control board . Check which wire is not getting 110 V , trace it and see which it comes from . That will tell you which one is defective .
Hello, Before you replaced all those parts did you check each with a multimeter by performing an ohms test or measuring for continuity? By doing this it would tell if any of the parts that you had replaced were at fault. You can also conduct the same test on the heater as well. when performing any ohms or continuity test make sure the unit is unplugged and that you also unplug the part as well from the wires that are connected to it.
