Possibly the new wave action blades on cheap at http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-HAMILTON-BEACH-BLENDER-WAVE-ACTION-CUTTER-BLADES-REPLACEMENT-PART-/161615007502?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item25a1014f0e. For a more original replacement, try typing in your model number at the HB's parts site, located by clicking here . Check out the many www sites like abtecparts.com and goodmans.net. Besides matching description, I would match the pictures of what you are going for against what you've got as much as possible. Good luck!

The rubber ring that goes in to the part where the blades are ,it is broken where can I buy this part?

The ring itself is not available separately, you need the blade assembly part number 123250-000-000 available from Sunbeam at 1-800-458-8407.

Broken glass jug on kitchenaid blender model 5ksb2aer4

Look at the underside of the blade shaft. The metal wing nut on the end of the shaft secures the blade assembly to cream coloured plastic blade base. The wing nut also transmits the drive from the rubber coupling on your blender to the blade shaft. The wing nut has a LEFT HAND thread.
The left hand thread ensures the blade assembly does not unscrew during normal blender use.

Firstly disassemble the blender blade assembly. Place a folded tea towel over the blades and hold the blades firmly. If you do not use a tea towel you may cut yourself.

Grip the wing nut with your other hand and unscrew it CLOCKWISE.
Remove the wing nut. You can now remove the blade from the plastic base.

Put the blade assembly in the new jug and offer up the plastic base from under the jug so that the blade shaft protudes enough for you to install the wing nut.

Screw the wing nut ANTI-CLOCKWISE to secure the blades to the plastic base.

Do not over tighten the wing nut; you may have to replace your jug again at some point.

Clutch on the jar of my cbt500 cuisinart blender is broken.

The clutch assembly is for the teeth on the base itself. If your problem is with the teeth that are connected to the bottom of the blade that sits in the jar, you want to order a blade assembly instead.

Drive gear is slipping. Motor turns but the blade fails to turn

sounds like a shear pin either on the motor or the blade assembly. If you put the blender on low without the cannister on top touch the gear on top of the unit and see if the gear slips or stops. Use a pencil or something..Not your finger. If it stoops then the pin is broken at the motor. If not, it is broken at the blade unit.

Hope this helps

Stopped blending

Exact same problem.  Turned out the threaded shaft that holds the blades was broken so tightening the nut on the top doesn't really help.  Just ordered a new blade assembly from www.smallappliance.com.  Mine was the Waring 007314W Blender Cutting Assembly but there is also an older one for earlier models.  Don't know if it will work yet (assume it will), but cheaper than buying a new blender.
