Question about Vialta Beamer Videophone (11300010) Video Conference
Everytime I try to call my Dad using the Beamer, his machine never accepts my video and I get a please retry notice and when I retry it happens again.
Also if he tries to video call me his signal never comes through.
I have tried and tried and I have checked and checked my connections, but no luck.
Everthing seems to be fine with my video phone... it starts up great. I tried calling and emailing Vialta... Not Even a Response from them!

Joe,
Please have your dad check his installation, does he has a fax machine or modem that is also connected to the same phone line. Have him check the connection to the Beamer unit, "line-in" has to connect and be the first device to the wall jack and "phone in" connected to the phone set he used to initiate or receive the video call. If this does not solve the problem, please email your phone number to [email protected] for help.
