The back wheels are locked and i cant push the chair or release the brakes. I have tried WD40 on the break and wheels but nothing is moving, help please
**BRAKE PROBLEM**
There might something stuck inside the spring of the brake. On my stroller there was small stone got stuck inside the brake system.
It's very easy to take out the wheels near the brake. And then just screw out all the screws. Just remove the dirt and screw them up again. For me it works perfectly. Hope your stroller works same way as well. Good luck :)

SOURCE: Back wheels
Hi, I had similar. Actually if you release the black block underneath by unscrewing the lateral screw. Be careful as their is a spring underneath the black block. Having removed all of this, push the grey button up from underneath with the wheels push full on. This will lock them, THen keeping them pushed full on, replace the spring, black block and lateral screw. This worked for me. Seems bad as a work around but it does the trick.
SOURCE: Problems with releasing front wheel lock
I have just fixed my stroller which had a similar problem. The wheel was still swivelling but it was sticking slightly. I noticed that the pin that locks the wheel in place was half out and therefore the wheel was getting caught on it. I undid the nut that holds the end of the wheel lock cable in place and tightened this as tight as I could which pulls the pin back into place (making sure that the switch is in swivel position). I then put the washer and nut back on (making sure cable was as tight as possible).

the only way is to call directly to bugaboo because these are inner problems that have to be fixed (if it can) if the stroller is more then 2 years old you might have to go to your nearst retailer and order a new chasis for i it (there around 100.00 to 200 dollars. if you need the exact amount let me now and I can get it for you tomorrow the number for bugaboo is 1-800-460-2922 good luck

SOURCE: My quinny buzz front wheel
First remove the front wheel assembly from the pushchair by pressing in the two buttons on the sides and pulling it out.
Now look more closely at the assembly - on one side, just where it bends at an angle you will find a small hole, a couple of millimetres across. Take a small screwdriver or some other thin object and push it into the hole a little way, which presses a metal catch inwards, releasing the swivel assembly. While continuing to push this in pull the swivel assembly apart - grasp the wheels in one hand and the L-shaped plastic housing in the other and pull them apart.
Now clean all the surfaces with a piece of strong cloth.
When all the surfaces are very clean, take a can of TEFLON SPRAY and spray it onto all surfaces that rub against each other, before reassembling the wheel unit. Silicon grease is a cheaper alternative, but the teflon spray is supposed to be the best for lubricating all moving parts on the Buzz. Whatever you do, don't use WD40.
Hope this helps! Dan.
