Blank Screen The tv was working fine and suddenly the screen went blank. The TV is powering on and off, just no picture. I have since verified it is not in my hook up as I installed a smaller lcd tv and it works fine. The problem is with the Samsung unit. Appreciate any ideas on what I might attempt to check or troubleshoot. Thanks

Change you hdmi connector.

Check the cables, makes sure all connections are still snug. If your using HDMI, try swapping it out for one you know works. There are a lot of lemons out there.

If you have a cable box you probably need to reset it.

if you was trying to wipe your tv off with glass cleaner are something that can make your tv go to a black pic

Heard back from Toshiba. They said to unplug the TV, wait at least 3 minutes, and then plug it back in. This should allow it to reset itself. Sounded too simple, but after doing just that the tv has worked fine for the last three days! Toshiba noted that if this didn't resolve the problem we should contact them to have a Toshiba Authorized service person come check out the tv. It worked for us, hopefully it'll work for you too.
