If people cannot hear you when you talk to them on phone, it means that your phone ear piece is bad and it needs to be replaced. you have to take it to a nearest phone shop near you or you buy an external earpiece or ear phones.
Hello, its not a volume problem you are experiencing, its a ear piece problem.all you need to do is to get another ear piece from a mobile phone accessories stores that's if you are technically inclined, but if not,I would advice you visit a mobile phone authorized technician. The problem you facing occured duely because your ear piece has bursted due to either maximum increase in ear phone volume. Wish you good luck, Take care.
The main reason for this problem is because of the ear piece. The ear piece is something you keep close to your ears while making calls. The speaker is an alternate way to listen music or to listen the caller loud or for ring tone.
Check your ear piece. Either it would have damaged due to water or would have lost the connection to the circuitry.
you need to change the flat cable the one that goes to the screen because its the one that supplys voltage to the Earpiece .
Because of the sliding everytime it gets damaged or dropping down also does damage it
You can get replacements by calling 1-732-912-2000 and follow the directions on the menu. Listen to the choices and you should be good to go. Ask for Tech Support # 216.
i think what you speak will be heard by the persons who call you ...
you cant hear there voice because there is some loose contact in the speaker(ear piece) or it is dead or broken ...
if you are good at opening the handset then open it and refit the ear piece speaker correctly or if there is a problem in the speaker then it can be solved by replacing it ...
if you no idea of opening then just visit the technician he will do it but he may take some service charge for that ..
but the ear piece speaker is not at all costly it is very cheaply available ...
check the call volume while on call once before you do the above ...
i am sure you will be able to play the music ... dont just get confused because there will be 2 speakers in the handset one is the ear piece speaker which is used to hear the calls and one more is the loud speaker from which the music, etc will be heard ...
First, I want to make sure you described the problem correctly.
First you say you do not hear dial tone (ear piece)
Then, if you call out you cannot be heard (microphone)
Then if someone calls, you cannot hear them (ear piece)
These sound like major, unrelated and conflicting problems. I do run into a lot of problem descriptions where people get confused with this. If all the problems were in the ear-piece this would make a lot more sense and may be a simple problem with a bad connection to the ear-piece.
