You have a defective alternator, that what is most likely causing the flickering light. A voltage output test will not reveal this.

have the BCM checked out it maybe causing this or direct you to what is causing it.

this is usually caused by a fault in the alternator replacement recommended usually the internal regulator should regulate voltage between 14 to 16 volts of direct current.it may be delivering 17 or more causing lights to actually brighten this can also damage your battery have it checked at an auto store its usually free

the bulb that does not work replace and the light sw mabe causing the flicker and if not you have a loose wire connection . mm
