Does anyone where I can get the instructions booklet for this

Google the model number with "manual" to try to locate that or visit the maker's internet site.

The remote should have come with a booklet with all possible codes for the various brands and models of TV's. there are probably several codes for GE televisions.The booklet also gives instructions on how to find the correct code. If you do not have the booklet, get back to me with details: model number of your remote and model number of your TV, and I may be able to help.

Call Miele they will send a copy of the instructions booklet, I did and I got one
