First off get the arcsoft media converter 3, then drag and drop the videos you want to get on your mp3 player into the program, after it converts it it loads them onto your mp3 player as long as its connected, this program will also allow you to download youtube videos and put them on your mp3 player too

Hi,
You can't put video on it. It's a discman with mp3 capabilities. Meaning you can play shop purchased cds or play cdr discs with mp3 audio data files on. It sounds as though you are confusing mp3 with mp4. Mp4 is a video codec/file format.
videos from youtube are live-stream, before watching them on your player you will have to grab them, sample them to a video format your player does support and thats it. I cannot recommend to use a program but try googling 'youtube video grabber' which may lead to some usable results, if the videos uare about to play are your one's... good luck
You have to use the Philips (Arcsoft) Media Converter to convert/transfer videos. If the converter is not recognizing a specific video type - FLV, for instance - download a free program called Riva FLV Encoder and convert the videos to AVI format first. Then the Philips Media Converter will recognize them. The Philips Media Converter is not capable of converting an entire DVD - you will have to acquire video editing software, and then break up the DVD files into 15-minute chunks, and then convert each chunk. If you are getting a codec error, do a google search for free video codecs - they are out there. Windows Codec Pack and downloading the latest version of quicktime will give you most of these needed codecs. This player is not capable of playing copyright-protected videos - so don't even bother with them. Additional information is available both from Philips website and from Arcsoft's website. -Tha Mp3 Doctor

You have to get Rhapsody's Mp3 only service - I repeat, MP3 ONLY. No other level of Rhapsody service will work with the newer Philips' GoGear's - which is funny, b/c Philips co-branded with Rhapsody on the newer players.
Som music videos will never play on that Philips b/c of the copyright system. For all other videos, you can convert them to AVI format using Riva FLV Encoder, and THEN run them through the Philips Media Converter.
Videos must be transferred using the Philips (Arcsoft) Media Converter that came on the installation CD. You can also get this program from Philips website.
