Go to ctrl panal--> internet option a dalog box apear clk on connection then 3 option will come side right side of a writting box ADD NEW click on it aftr dat make a dial-up-connection via bluetooth a number ask type *99***1# set all suitable port and set default aply ok aftr dat goto start button--> connect to internet--> dial-up-connection down number ask type *99***1# then dial via bluetooth Thank you

Please do this.Type *#7370# in your mobile phone,it will ask whether you want to restore factory settings give yes and it will ask for the code the default code is 12345.Give the code and wait for some time your phone will restart and you will see that your factory settings are restored.kindly rate me if i had helped.

hie dear,
only the network service provider can give u the puk code.
u need to call the customer care from any mobile ,same as of ur network,
talk to customer care executive, he will ask u to give the sim card number, a 16 digit number written on one side of the sim, then the customer care executive will tell u the puk number.

if this not work try to choose network manualy
from menu/tools/settings/network

try to refomat your nokia N95....

beacause of n-gage cant handle video tone software memory is blocked by that so phone is unable to boot up. do following remove MMC from your mobile after that switch on mobile without MMC it will switch on then format mobile with *#7370# code. default unlock code is 12345. after fully formatting mobile insert MMC and immediately format MMC also. [remember that data will lost from both mobile and MMC during this procces] i think mobile is ok now. but if you cant able to switch on mobile without mmc then you must have to visit nokia service centre.
