Go to this site:

IP4000 Support

If the "Drivers & Downloads" tab is not selected, click it.

Enter your operating system in the drop-down menu when it comes up.

The available drivers and downloads will be listed. Click on each file name to download them.

Save the file to your computer instead of selecting Run. That way you will have it for future use if need be. If you are not comfortable saving it to a folder, Save it to your Desktop.
