My motorola mb216 mobil phone sd slot not working. when i try to take a picture the phone says to insert memory card to use camera

The memory in the atrix may be full. Delete some pictures from the unit and see if the message goes away.

Please clean the contacts of the memory card and try again. If problem persists try another card to check, if it still fails, take it to a service centre

hello,kindly check if it is inserted properly,you will see a directive arrow on the memory card to show you how it is to be inserted,if after you have inserted it correctly and it still does not sees it,i would suggest you suspect your memory card is corrupt if their is any message displaying on your mobile phone screen,and if it does not show any message like memory card corrupted,then you will have to visit a mobile phone repair expert to help you change the memory card slot,after this your mobile phone will now read your memory card.

if yes, do these..
>>if the pictures is stored in your phone memory, then copy the pictures from your phone memory to your memory card. once copied, switch off your phone, remove your memory card, get your memory card adapter, insert memory card and insert it to your laptop sd reader slot and copy the files from your memory card to your laptop. if you use desktop and has no sd memory card reader slot, borrow memory card reader from a friend, connect it your computer, insert the your memory card from there and once read, copy the files to your computer. this also is applicable if you want to copy files from your computer to your phone.
>>if it doesn't have, then, borrow a bluetooth dongle from a friend, pair it with your phone, and send the file from your phone, one after the other...

Take out the SD card.Turn off the phone and take out the battery. Now insert the new SD card and then insert the battery. Turn it on and then new card should get detected.

Are you using Micro SD transflsh memory??
Format the Card on the PC using FAT, after that use a CARDREADER and put these folders on the card: MOBILE and in the mobile folder put audio, video, kjava, picture, temp! Shutdown your Motorola, remove the backcover and plug-in the card! After that Start Your Motorola and copy a file from the mobile's memory on the CARD! It should work!

yes you can directly use the SD card slot, make sure you unlock the write protection before inserting it into the slot if you wish to modify or copy the contents from or to the card.

hi..there may be a problem with your mobile phone micro-sd slot
or their might be a problem with ur micro-sd card. u can also do
one thing just take the micro-sd card and clean the pins of micro-sd
card with spirit,aftershave lotion, isopropyl or body spray. just take
the above mention chemical in a soft cotton cloth and then try to
clean the pin of sd card by rubbing the cloth on it.

Dear this is the main solution.
create the folder of MUSIC in ur memory card. copy songs in music folder
create the folder of picture in ur mem card and copy paste the pics of it
when u insert the memcard in ur handset and u'll show all the data on ur phone

Verizon Wireless still uses the CDMA network. CDMA gets the phone user ID from a programmed chip hardwired to the phone instead of a SIM card.

Because of this, there is room underneath the battery cover, south of the battery on the right side of the compartment for a mini-SD card.

Other carriers such as T-Mobile, Cingular/AT&T DO use SIM cards to store user ID, so there is not room for a memory card.

I do know that the MotoRazr2 V9 from AT&T DOES accept Micro-SD cards.

But if you have a GSM carrier such as T-Mobile or AT&T, the Razr V3 does not have a card slot.
