I have a Pioneer PRO-530HDi 53 in. Rear projection

you have to remove the rear cover then you can access the lens and mirror, used fiber cloth to clean the lens and mirror.be careful not to use too much force when cleaning .

The model indicated here is rear projection that uses three picture tubes.

If rear cover is removed--can be done by removing entire front screen but there are hazards like damaging the screen---with rear cover removed clean the lens in the three round cyclinders which point up and are hard to miss===

They are the light source for the picture---there is if you look up inside and to the rear a mirror but unless grimy it rarely needs cleaning.

clean the lens with a lens cloth or even a paper towel with glass cleaner sprayed on the towel.

Before starting, it is a good idea to disconnect the power cord for your TV from the AC wall socket or power bar. Remove the back cover from the TV. Unscrew and remove all the wood screws holding the back cover on. Grasp the bottom portion of the back cover and pull straight back approximately 4 inches. You may require assistance from another person if you are of small stature. There are two plastic tubular portions at the bottom of the back cover that insert into the particle board enclosure and if you don't pull straight back, you risk damaging the back cover and or the enclosure. The mirror is fastened inside the back cover and will come out at the same time. You will then have access to the CRT lenses and the mirror for cleaning. I would not recommend removing the mirror from the back cover for cleaning. It can be done while in place using a clean, soft, lint free cloth and a very mild soap and water solution. Just be certain not to leave any streaks. The lenses can be cleaned with a lint free cloth and alcohol or a camera lens cleaning tool. Take care not to touch the lenses with your fingers. You really dont want to mess with the lamps. If you're seeing dust and build up on the screen, it is more than likely on the screen itself.

You need to have the TV repaired. That is a factor defect, look it up.

the mirror is in the attached to the top rear panel, remove the top rear panel to clean the mirror.

need stk392-110 if that in it but i use stk392-120 you whant to ch restor by the ic stk392-110

do you know what the pix look like be for it whent dead?
some time bad solder can do this. in the center of the board
thear is fuse that go bad because of bad solder on stk 392-120 or 110 on the conv. pcb the fuse is 5amp 125v you have about 3 of them on the def pcb. to ch them. to hit the flyback&hozoutput
ch cap.s in power supply.

Need to replace the convergence board. Cost through Pioneer is $350.
