I am not too technical - is this an easy fix or do I need to have a tech come out to fix the drum?

This is a Drum unit non-installing error: drum is not installed or not installed properly. The durm PWB EEPROM does not communicate nor mally. Defective connection drum PWB(YC1) and Connect-L PWB(YC3). Maybe defective drum PWB EEPROM or defective engine PWB or itis just the drum unit itself is defective.

To replace the drum unit, developer unit with the toner cartridge has to removed first, then open the left side of the printer open the small panel where the waste toner bottle is located release the small tab then just slide the drum unit out. Install the drum unit ,the waste bottle and developer unit in the reverse order. Good luck. If you think you cannot do it, better call a technician.

How to i stop paper jams on kyocera ecosys fs-4000dn? because everytime, i remove the paper and restart the printer it again brings the paper jams. please help

The first thing you need to do is open the device and clear any debris: leftover paper pieces, toner, etc. If this does not fix the jamming, the device could use a more thorough service. Inspect all of the moving parts and make sure that they are firmly attached. If it's possible to tighten down some components, a minor tweak with a screwdriver can work wonders.
Something a little unorthodox, but that has helped me in the past is lubrication. You could try lubricating the printer with mineral oil or paper shredder oil. There are two ways of doing this. You could open the machine up, locate rollers and then brush the oil onto the rollers. Or you could simply put a very then layer of mineral oil on a piece of paper and then run the paper through the machine. The first few pages out of the machine will have oil on them, but after a half dozen pieces or so, the parts should operate more smoothly and be less likely to jam.
I hope that helps.

I HAVE A KYOCERA ECOSYS FS-4000 DN PRINTER. WHEN I TURN IT ON, I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE STATING "CALL SERVICE 0150:0003704". WHAT DOES THIS MEAN AND HOW DO I FIX THE PROBLEM?

The error indicates -

Engine PWB EEPROM error Detecting engine PWB EEPROM communication error.

Causes - Improper installation engine PWB EEPROM. Check the engine PWB EEPROM installation,
- Defective engine PWB. Replace the engine PWB

IF turning the printer off and unplugging then plugging back in and turning back on doesn't correct the problem I would suggest you contact an authorized Kyocera service center such as www.gfbm.net.

Printer is showing an error message call service

Take out and reinstall drum unit. You will need to remove toner assy and waste ink bottle to do this. 7410 is the error, 98681 is the page count.

My ecosys fs-3900dn printer gives this error 0150:0119695

It is a "mechanical error". The part after the colon is the number of pages printed. It's probably worthwhile taking the trays, toner and cartridge out and opening all the access doors and checking for something obvious before calling in an engineer.
