Samtron 56v monitor when powered on. monitor power led starts blinking and monitor gives a tick tick sound. have replaced eht and surrounding spares but with no effect. please help

solution 1 please replace the horizontal output transistor in near to line output



solution 2 in case you changed the horizontal output when the problem not solved follow this.

monitor line output transformer burned replace them its kept on monitor from mother board to connect thru picture tube. very carefully to change the part because its have a storings voltage capacity in heavy.
solution 3 check the signal cable

after 4 or 5 yrs EHT ( transformer that supplies voltage to CRT TUBE - MONITOR TUBE ) becomes weak - then 1 of the indication is ....DISPLAY WON'T COME BUT LED BLINKS........so solution is EHT ( also called as flyback transformer ) should be replaced....... {{ few details about EHT---- its size will be around 3inch X 2inch X 2inch ---it will have 2 or 3 knobs to adjust focus , brightness ------ at bottom around 10 pins will be there ------- from EHT 1 thick red colour cable goes to CRT TUBE --------- on EHT its part number will be there }} -------- so if user is a technical person having idea about components ( resistors, transistors, diodes, etc ) , having tools like multimeter ( to check components) , soldering iron, soldering lead, flux, desoldering wig ( for removing components), etc also little experience in servicing field( very much compulsory) ----------------- then user can remove EHT from main board ---- take to electronic shop ----- buy same type EHT --------- fix to mainboard ( knobs on EHT should be adjusted according to picture --- after switching monitor --- this adjustment is very important ) ----------iam from bangalore (09986222774, [email protected]) ----- here EHT's price will be around Rs 250 ( US $ 6 ) & for my customers (in bangalore) i will take another Rs 500 (US $ 11) as service charge......i don't have any idea about EHT ' s price & service charge in your place.........since it is very risky job i suggest to contact monitor service engineer ------- because they are highly experienced & can fix this component very easily....

go to authorized personnel...don't try to do it by urself..
it contains more than 25000volt at EHT & power supply is most complicated circuit of monitor, so don't try it.

your power supply is probably bad. open the case with it unpugged and look for leaking or crowned capacitors. most electronic repair shops can replace them for you

Please check whether the power cable is properly inserted...

The power button of this model fails with time.You need 2 press it tightly and hold it till the LED is on....

check the capacitors inside the monitor, as they may be broken, and they start screen up, just change em and it should kickstart fine

my samtron 56v problem stand by when i power off yet i power on it is off position whats problem with me.switch is many time pressing then is on position.what is parts of my monitr suplly fault.wich part is spoil

EHT Problemsymptems :1.If U find R457 - 33k,R452 -1k,R458 - 10k Resisters are Burnt In Zenith 14"and15" monitors To replaced all thease resisters and LOT FSN14B016S
2.HCL HCM 482M, 580M,582M, 780M models getting FAT - FAT sound coms from LOT when u switch on the monitor It's LOT Problem . replaced it
3.Samtron Samsung Models like 45Bn, 55V,56V when u switched on the monitor Power indicator (Led )glow one time First u can check Boosting FET IRF630 bitween (SMPS O/P to LOT supply) and also replace LOT.
4.some Old Gold star anlog and LG monitors If U found 12k Resister near by LOT and also bulched 1Mfd/63V capacitor
It's LOT Problem

Check power section for proper power supply. check main capacitor or change it .if this problem not solve then check horizantan output transistor(this is placed near eht on hit sink big in size)

i think that problem from eht [fbt] trasformer. i also.face that problem
