Put the music on your SD card in the Audio Folder. Copy only the music, not the folders they are in (no subfolders). once you do this, open the audio player. at the bottom left, click list, then bottom left click options. click settings. the top slot tells where it wants to look for the music from, make sure it says memory card and not phone. click ok. should be able to see options again at bottom left, if not go through the steps again i have provided. click options then add. open the audio folder this is where your music should be. click on every song you want in your playlist. when you are done, click back this will show your playlist. click back again. this will take you to the audio player. you can play the music from here now. go back to the settings tab where you chose memory card as your source and the little cd icon which is list auto gen, turn it off.

I got my audio book downloaded but i get no sound when trying to play it. i have verified i can hear my music but not my book

MP3 players can only play music files and audio books in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet toyour computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs tomp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and thencopy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable tothe MP3 player and the computer.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.Click on this link for instruction on converting musicfiles to mp3 file format :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r5798418-creating_transferring_mp3_music_files
tip

CREATING AND TRANSFERRING MP3 MUSIC FILES

CREATING MP3 MUSIC FILES

1st - You need to convert your CDs to MP3 music files.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track.
There are also Freeware CD RIP programs on the Internet that embed the music title and album title automatically into the mp3 file.
OR
Download MP3 music files from the Internet, some sites will cost money to download these music files.

2nd - connect your MP3 player to your computer using the supplied USB cable. The computer will see this player as an external storage device. Just copy the MP3 music files from the computer's hard disk and paste these music files to the MP3 player.

I suggest you create a album/title folder for each CD so you can place the MP3 music files by that artist into that folder. Then copy these folders to your MP3 player and you will be able to select and play your MP3 music by selecting the album you wish to play.

To convert just about any audio file into your preferred format, download Free Audio Converter 2.3.2
http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/downloads/3249718/free-audio-converter-232/

NOTE - When the USB cable is connected to the computer, it will also charge the MP3 player's battery.

Hi. I have a Samsung Sansa MP3 clip-on player. I listen to audio books all the time. I order an audio book online. It comes to me in either a regular CD or an MP3 version (however they manufacture it)....

My mp3 says file format error when I try to listen to the music.

It's possible that the file type of the music file(s) you are trying to listen to are not a supported format of your mp3 player. Your player only supports MP3 and WMA audio formats. You should check the music files you are tying to play to confirm they are of a compatible format.

I have sciphone i68 and I downloaded music that I cant pull up. I see it under music but can't push play or transfer/move to any other part of the phone. It's not showing up under my MP3 player. Help me...

Well, actually this is a very easy task. If you transfer the music by way of BT then it's in the receive folder, go to the Receive folder and open it, tap on options and tap again on the song that you want to transfer. You will get the song's option and choose forward, and forwarded to MP3 or in some cases My Music. Remember, these folders are in the memory card, never saved them in the phone memory, not much space.

I have the sci phone i68 and can listen to music

The files will only play on the equipped audio player if they are in the mp3 folder. It works efficiently if you plug the phone with the memory card inserted directly to your computer by using the usb plug. Mine work just fine as long as they are in the folder named MP3.

Problem playing music on Sciphone i68+

When you put the music on, did you drag an entire folder or just a single song. If you drag an entire folder then it will just go to the documents. I you want to listen to the song in the audio player, than you need to individually drag the song onto the E drive
