There are two types of touch screens: Capacitive and resistive. If yours is the capacitive type, it will respond well to your fingers only. Using any other object on it may make it freeze. Ensure that the touch screen is clean and free of dust, body oil and moisture before use.
When typing a text message or entering info in the phone book...phone always freezes on the 3rd letter...and the only way to get out of the freeze is to take the battery out and turn the phone back on once the battery is put back in....why does the phone freeze?
i've got the same problem with you. my phone wont respond to my commands everytime i charge my phone. sometimes it responds but would respond very slowly as if the interface is lagging. every now and then the phone would freeze and wont respond and wont turn off and only way to turn it off is by removing the battery. anyone else having similar problem? how to fix this?
