Your HDD has crashed. The size of the HDD will depend on your model as will the replacement instructions. If you can get your hands on the service handbook for that model as well as the current firmware all you'll need is a new HDD.
(1) Check if the connectors of the HDD are disconnected.
(2) Check if the connector pins are disconnected or the wires of harnesses are broken.
(3) Perform the bad sector check (08-694). If the check result is OK, recover the data in the HDD. If
the check result is failed, replace the HDD.

Before we start to get the machine into the test mode, switch off the machine while holding down 0+8 buttons switch the machine on and then input 694.
The error that you have is explained below.
[F103] HDD transfer time-out.
(1) Check if the connectors of the HDD are disconnected.
(2) Check if the connector pins are disconnected or the wires of the harnesses are broken.

(4) If the check result is failed, replace the hard disk drive.
F103 indicates HDD transfer time-out. U can try format the HDD (08-690). Then u perform the bad sector check (08-694). *take long time If the check result is OK, recover the data in the HDD. If the check result is failed, replace the HDD.
