When I print anything, the end result has black streaks across the page. I have this problem everytime I print. How can I correct this. It looks like the ink is smudged
You need to check your glass first to make sure it has no scratches. Then you can run a copy and open door to stop paper in the center of the machine, b4 it goes through fuser. If line is on copy, you have a bad drum. If not your upper fuser roller is bad.
Whenever I print anything, I notice several lines of needle-like scratches on the image and wrinkle lines. What causes that?
