Dino Direct carries them and has a pretty good description for them but is not complete. If they opearte in the manner I think they do, hold down on the lever to power them- do not pump, just press and hold. Since there is no mention of a battery or cell, this is the usual alternate method to power them.

Yes, First, when you take the lens off you binocular make sure you are in a very clean room.
All you have to do is unscrew them. Use a good lens clean that is anti-static. If you don't every piece of lent, dusty bugs, flaky shin, etc. will be attached to those lens. stewbison

If you have two eye pieces to look through and two optic lens on the other end then you have a binocular. Hello, it seems that there are quit a few people that have ATN products that will destroy it self just setting on a shelve in the closet. I sorry to mention this to you. This ATN Night Jaguar Binocular are manufactured in Russia.


The biggest problem is those Russian image intensifier tubes. They are manufactured without any type of quality control, also they are made with very thin glass, and what is the quality of this Russian made glass. About 85% of the problem with a number of vender's that sell and ply their NV goods that all are manufactured in Russian, and that even includes the cases. Night Vision vendors will have the Russian put their name's and logo's them and sell them as; excellent quality Night Vision Monoculars, Binoculars, scopes, and other NV devises.



This could be a problem for you being in England. I think that ATN might have a couple of distributors located in England, and Europe. You need to check their web site. Also, you know that this ATN NV binocular is about 7 years old. I'm fairly sure that ATN will try to get you to trade in for a upgrade which more British Pounds. They might also tell you to ship it to the US for repairs. You can try to auction it off on eBay in Europe. I need some parts, what do you want for it? Sorry buddy. Hello, Now, Night Owl Optics in El Paso, TX will repair your NV binoculars for a prices. This is what Night Owl will do for you. They don't have the parts to fix your Night Owl binoculars. They never have had parts to fix a lot of there products that they sell because the majority of them were manufactured in Russia and I really mean the whole thing. I could fix it for you but since I am on fixya.com I can used this web site for advertising my skills. Sorry.

Here what you can do, go to eBay then to search categories---sporting goods----outdoor sports----hunting----scopes, optics, lasers------night vision optics. Any of the monocular that are: Famous Trail, Night Owl Optics, Ziteh, Klanakia, Night Vision, Opel, ATN, or any of them that looks the same but with different names on them they are all manufactured in Russia. Russian has probably 15 companies that manufacture night vision devises and or parts there of. Some of these devise are good and majority are cheap but sold here in the US at a much high price. Don't pay over $50 for one plus shipping.

Check with; www.rugift.com they sell these russian NV and will probably have the batts or have a source. Good luck. :)

I don't know about the night vision bits but if it is the same as S-1240 then the 3-pin plug is a power input.
