I searched and couldn't find a manual.

I found a free manual for a different model GPX that might be of some use.

Get the program 'everest' and find out what type of USB Driver. Ive hardly heard of anyone needing a driver for that anyways. Try uninstalling the USB devices/drivers in Device Manager then restart computer!

You didn't specify the Vista version (32 or 64 bit), but 99% the 32 bit driver version will be OK. The producer suggests to uninstall the previous version of driver if one is already installed. (to uninstall, go to Control Panel, Programs and features and double-click the item that looks like "Wacom..." or "Graphire...")

I have a feeling that other keys may also be damaged? Anyways, sometimes the rubber pad and its electrical nodes in the keyboard become misplaced. You may want to try opening the keyboard, and reseating the rubber pad with the circuit plastic board. You'll see what I mean if you open it. If this does not work, I can only advise you to get another one!

PS: Im assuming your computer is 100% virus free, etc..
