I need help with my 4th keyboard i purchased.

Scroll down to mid page. They show the main view of the Keyboard, wrapped in bubble plastic.
There are smaller views underneath.
Click on the 4th view from the Left.
Shows the key placement.

The keyboard on the laptop will need to be replaced, go to www.ebay.com Type make and model of laptop, refine search to keyboard.

Try removing Keyboard connector an reseating it. (4420s - Some scews under battery and possibly 1 near rear of each hinge - remove. Flip unit over and slide Speaker grill panel toward front of unit. There should then be a few screws that hold the keyboard at the top edge 2 or 3. Remove and you should see the connector. )
If this doesn't work you have faulty keyboard.

open setting + general + keyboards + add new keyboard + search emoji and activat now u have add emoji icone i ur keyboard

Pull off the 2 largers slide plate stickers on the bottom. you will find 2 screws on the nose end and one on the bottom end of the mouse.. the 4th screw is located under the sticker in the battery tray lining. remove this sticker and remove the 4th screw. now you can separate the 2 halves but be careful for the ribbon cable connecting the 2.

Suscribe to cable television or satellite

As far as I know you can only purchase them as a set. You can write microsoft and see if you can purchase just the receiver. But its highly unlikely.

worst case scenario is that a circuit has broken inside. But your ipod will be under warrenty for a year from purchase.

Otherwise, leave the ipod to charge for a long time. Just leave it connected directly to the computer USB port despite not having any change in appearance. Also, don't connect it via a usb hub or through your keyboard. You will need to plug it into your computer directly.

You can also try entering DFU mode. Here is a great step by step guide to do that. http://iphonefreakz.com/beginners-guide/howto-dfu-mode/

Then restore the ipod and update the firmware. Make sure you have the latest version of itunes installed. By checking through software update.

I read another response and found the FN Key and they held down the F10 (Set) Key to use the up and down arrows to adjust the date and time on my keyboard.
