You can download a manual from here. Are you sure there wasn't a manual on the Cd you got withthe printer?

Thisis a laser related problem. Replace the laser unit

Please remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software.Thereafter reinstall the software and connect the printer. The PC will now detect the printer and install the hardware. Now before thisis all done make sure that the priinter cartridge is in place coorectly if not reinstall the cartridge BEFORE the printer is plugged back to the PC.I hope it works now. Thisis a common problem I have with Belking Wireless G and find the best solution is to remove the software and of the course reboot then reinstall.
