I had installed DVD X Copy Platium in my old c omputer which crashed, Tried installing it on my new PC & the pop-up states that the alotted number of activations has been used for this license. Please Help!
Unfortunately, there is no company...bankrupt, no activations, no support for 3 yrs now.
Unless your copy is "bootlegged", simply call the company and tell them the old computer crashed several times, you gave up, bought a new computer, and you need to install it on your "new" computer.
If they value you as a customer they will give you support you need, if not make sure you tell them you are taking your business elsewhere.
You may need to buy a new license because you under the old license it only allows so many activations. But at least try to get a "freebie" anyway.

tried to register my copy of dvd x copy platium but it refused my registration but my computer crashed and it is saying registration reached allowed times. i purchased this. so why should i have to buy it again.
I had registered DVD X Copy a couple of years ago,when I had problems with Windows,I had to reload it and thus lost everything on my computer.When I tried to register X copy again it toild me that I had used the allocated number of licenses.I have tried to reach someone,but cannot.
