Interruptions in Netflix streaming services usually arise from a lack of bandwidth from either your current Internet Plan (check with your ISP, cable, DSL, etc) or from the distance your player (blu-ray, laptop, etc) are from the router that is streaming the video. You can either move to a place in your home that has better signal, change your router for a more modern version (one that is Wireless AC with a rated distance of 600).
