I can find the program that auto opens and downloads my photos from my camera. i tried auto play and selected windows but it still doesnt work...yes camera is on and i selected usb pc
Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. When your camera connected to the computer. the computer create drive maybe designate as drive d: or e: or any drive created by windows.
connect the camera to the computer. after connecting to the computer go to the my computer and the browse the drive created : browse until u see the pictures files. and then click view to and select thumbnails. now u see the picture preview. select the file want to copy and paste it anywhere you want (your folder). your own way.
