Reset my password l forgot old one verity password my laptop toshiba satellite D850 windows 8 please if know how can im reset? not worked all my keyboard?

Windows 8 when configured usually uses a microsoft account. When it asks for your password, what does it say your login name is?
If there is a login account such as [email protected] then you use a microsoft login account.

If it simply says "Robleh" then you will be using a local account. Here are some suggestions on how to reset your password in windows 8 for each situation:

I have an old toshiba satellite 4080xcdt used by my kids, however since it was stored for about 2 years, they already forgot the password. could you help me reset this so we could use the laptop again?

This program can recover your windows password.

The Live CD is an ISO(image) file so burn it as an image with your favorite CD brning software. Window 7 has a buint-in app for burning iso files.
