There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way. I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums. I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.
You can activate this feature from Tools | Settings | Security | Phone and SIM | Allow remote lock menu. The password of your memory card will be your remote lock message. So, if you still remember your remote lock message, then try to unlock your memory card’s password using that message.
If you can enter *2767*3855# without the simcard then that's the way to unlock and reset it but it will delete all information stored on the phone. Unfortunately, if you won't be able to enter the strings of command completely, then there's no other way to unlock it but to send the phone for repair to Samsung service center.
Umm... You have to either to a master reset in the settings. Otherwise try taking out the battery for a while. That or you will have to take it to a mobile center where they can unlock everything for you. Try the support line I remember something like this happened to me with another phone and they helped me.
