A paper jam has occurred. To solve the
problem, see “Clearing Paper Jams” on
page 6.3.
• The front or top cover is opened. Close the
front or top cover.
• There is no paper in the tray. Load paper
in the tray.
• The waste toner container is not
installed or full. Check the container.
• Your system has some problems. If this
problem occurs, contact your service
representative.
- Also i can indicate that the Toner Cartridges are empty and need replaced with Genuine Samsung Cartridges
The red light and the toner light is on. I removed the toner cartridge and shook it to get a little more life out of it and replaced it, but the red light and the toner light will not go out and it will not print. Shaking the cargtridge has always worked before.
The status/toner light stays lite. Was printing approx. 50 pages and it just quit printing. Tried powering it off and back on, did not help. Also removed toner and replaced it back.
