what model you are using? please provide more information and how exact it went like this?
if you can hear sound from your phone even in white display, that means you have to change display (sometime flex cable inside it)
if you can't hear sound, then it can be solved through software service point (normally repairer can do this)
check video plug
if not the plug and problem is there when you are using the tuner in the TV
suspect the video switch IC , Video output transistor, or Video Jungle IC
