if you have entered the wrong pin code, you may have to contact the phone manufacturer or network provider. some phones lock for a period of time and then allow you to enter the code again. if its not a pin code issue, you could try turning the phone off and removing the battery for several minutes, to let the phone reset.

Try leaving the router on as if you keep turning off it will have to handshake every time, try that, see if that cures it..

I believe the default IP address for those is 192.168.254.254 and the login and password are both admin. If that address doesn't get you to the login screen, do the following.

1. Go to start>run
2. Type cmd and hit enter
3. Type ipconfig
4. Write down the default gateway address
5. Type that address into your web browser and see if it connects to the gui now.
