My Kenmore gas dryer starts running as soon as I set the timer (without pushing the SART button. And when the timer gets to (0), The buzzer sounds and won't stop until you open the door or turn the signal off. I also think that after the timer gets to (0),the timer dial is still going because the dryer was running again after I was upstairs for a couple of minutes, it was on the next cycle around the dial.

It sounds like you have a faulty switch. The switch located behind the start button controls both the on/off setting and the buzzer. You can either replace this switch (which will likely take care of both problems) or you can take it apart and adjust the contacts. You can test them with a multimeter before and after to make sure you've got them adjusted properly.

Starts automatically when I set the timer

This could be a problem with the start button switch (it should click when pressed/released) or with the switch on the motor.

Clothes Dryer will not stop or be quiet

On some Kenmore which is made by whirlpool, there is a resistor connected to the timer control. when the machine is off can you listen to the timer switch and hear it running, making a clock ticking sound? If so, you need a new resistor. Being a dryer, when you open the door and it stops the button needs to be reset before it starts again, right? So I wouldnt be looking at the door switch as much as the start button. It may be the evil one.
