Hello. My Treo is stuck in Network Search - the phone willo not work, I cannot get to Sprint Network. I've tried soft reset and hard reset (a few times) to no avail. Any other suggestions for fixing this problem, other than tossing this thing out the wondow?
Thank you for any help you can provide.
Hi CDT2007,
Have you tried to zero-reset it? Here's the step by step how to zero-reset:

How long have you had the 650? Palm offers a 12 month warranty with all of their treo's. It's very possible that Sprint will exchange this product at no charge. I have found the 650 to be the most unstable treo ever made. I had replaced 13 of them before finally switching to blackberry. That does not mean you will suffer the same issues. I would use the palm/sprint warranty if still available. James

Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
Here's a link to this great service
Good luck!

Thanks, Peter. I tried the Zero Reset but again, to no avail.
Thanks James, but I've owned this Treo for three-four years and in fact had to get a replacement unit after my first three months of ownership. It's been furstrating dealing with the quirkiness of the 650.
Hey, I know this is pretty old.. but did you find a solution to the problem? I have the same problem now. :/
