K800i "Operation Failed" for games and apps

I have a Sony Ericsson CyberShot K800i and every time I try get into my Applications or Games folders it says "Operation Failed"

Anyone know how 2 fix this??

Had this same prob for one month.but it is now solved..........
u have 2 update ur phone software to solve dis..
but if u r using a unlocked version,u have to again unlock it(after the software update)
i think u can understand my englease..

THE GAME & APPLICATIONS FILE FORMAT TYPE NOT SUPPORT . SO YOU CAN INSTALL SUPPORTED FILE.

Operation failed message poped-up when opening the games and applications folder

Try deleting the application from your phone, then re-installing it, but make sure its a format thats compatable with your phone.

It sounds like a fault with the software on the phone, you should trying using the Sony Ericsson update service to update the software on the phone. Its free and can be found here

Im having trouble in getting in to the files of applications and games on my sony ericsson k800 cybershot it comes with operation failed

You might be loading too many programs on your phone at the same time, ie. Contacts, Games, Clock, Gallery, Calender, Music, Themes, Web, Profiles and together with the files like Pics etc.. Stored in your phone. The unit is running out of memory to operate.

For my k800i the games and applications folders will not open

Hi,

Back up everything and master reset your phone. That should solve the problem. If not, then you need to flash the firmware of the phone (you can use SEUS - Sony Ericsson Update Service).
