I have a problem with my laptop displaying while starting up. it comes with some beeping sound 8beeps. what do i do?

The beeps are what we call POST CODES

you neglected to mention make and model and in some instances the beeps do vary by that factor.

My suggestion is to go to the manufacturer web site and look at the "support" section for you make /model

The beep code will be listed in the manual and you will have to take note of if the are long or short and the sombination eg short short lone etc.

that will tell you very quickly where to look for the fault

Sorry about not being able to be more specific but without detail it is pretty hard

Go to settings-> phone profiles and tap on the [>>] icon next to the profile you want to make keypad silent (for eg:- normal). from the drop down menu at top right, select phone sounds. Scroll down till you see 'phone sound volume'. Reduce it to zero. Done!!

Beep at start-up is repeting why?

What does the beep sound like? If it's "beep. beep-beep" it's just a ram check. it's fine and it will always do that, unless you turn the beep off, which isn't recommended since the beep also alerts you of changes and problems. If you hear any other type/length/number of beeps, check the upper left corner of the monitor. Sometimes it goes by quickly, but it will tell you what was changed (eg. new mouse plugged in, etc.) This should only happen the first time you change a BIOS setting or add a device, and will not alert you upon restart.
Hope that helps. Thanks!:)
