I researched your question they have posted on their website that outdated drivers will be uploaded at a later date. But I did find a email address for you to their technical support department here it is.

What I would do is contact them via an email and request they send you the drivers you need. In your email include the make and model of your scanner along with what version of windows you are using. Im sure if there a decent company they will send you the drivers you need. Also below is the link for some other email address:

there r separate drivers r there for basic ,permium , ulttimate u have select version and u have download it

Because you are dealing with a scanner model and brand that seems to have such little support I would offer this suggestion.

Go to

Download a scanner driver and install it. See if it works. Maybe this company has so few units that the drivers are same/similar.
