New Arrival V15 GDS VCI Diagnostic Tool for Hyundai and Kia
Go to Radio and Navigation Codes website if you cannot find your anti-theft radio identification card. Click "Continue" to get to the first page.
Enter your Vehicle Identification Number or VIN when prompted. The VIN is 17 digits and is found at the bottom of the windshield on the driver's side.
Click "Continue" and follow the prompt to enter your phone number and ZIP code. You must enter the phone number and ZIP code that are on file with the dealer. If you haven't changed them, the information is the same as when you purchased the vehicle.
Choose "Continue" and move onto the page to enter your radio serial number. On 2001 and later vehicles, you can find your serial number by pressing and holding the numbers "1" and "6" on your stereo while the vehicle is off. Turn the stereo on and watch for two sets of numbers. The screen will switch between one set of numbers and the second. Each number will start with a letter. Don't worry about the letter and write down both sets of numbers. That is your serial number. For models earlier than 2001, you will have to get the serial number off the back of the stereo. If you don't know how to take the stereo out, you will have to take your vehicle to a dealer.
Enter the radio serial number when prompted. Once you've entered the correct information, Honda will provide you with your radio unlock code. Enter it as directed in the first section.
