the robinair listed on the robinair page shows the pump is 110 volt. have you checked the nameplate on YOUR pump if it is rated at 120/240 volt? Please get back to me.

It's seems to be problem with your unit relay board,vacuum pump or pressure transducer.Most of Robinair 34788 machine having same problem.You can try the following 1# Open vacuum pump oil filling cap to release extra pressure from pump.2# Replace new relay board & follow the on screen message(do not skip any option).3# Check pressure transducer is working properly.I hope this will help you.

Check your pump oil level,It should be middle of sight glass while pump is runing & try to use origenal vacuum pump oil.
