Try reinstalling the driver for the receiver portion of the adapter. If your other usb devices work normally it is possible that the electronics of your wireless keyboard are fubar.

Contact Nexxtech on the web. Look for Support/Downloads/Manuals.

You need to sync the keyboard to the dongle. Power switch should be on back with sync button.

You may need to go into the computer settings and find the mouse settings and do the "test" functions.
You may need to restart your computer with the mouse already connected and see if that helps.

You have to plug in the receiver and let Windows detect the new hardware. If you are using Vista, you might need the new driver. You can find that here.

When it comes to installation disks, driver disks, and other operational disks, a replacement one can usually be purchased and/or downloaded directly from the manufacturer's website. So in your case, you could check out the Mac site or the Nexxtech site for further information. If you're still at a loss, contact their costomer service. I'm sure if this issue has happened to you, it has most likely happened to someone else as well, and they should be able to help you out. And, if by chance, this disk was supposed to be included with the keyboard yet failed to be inside the packaging, it may be just be a fluke and you can get one if you ask.
