Black splotches down the page.

My Magicolor Laser printer suddenly started making gray splotches all over all my pages. The printer is only a few months old and has worked beautifully until now. I'm using the same paper and the same toners. The balck toner is about half full. The splotches do not make any repeatable pattern but are more in the center of the page. Some are on the back side also but mostly on the front. I see no obvious problems with the black toner container or the imager below it. The toner is fused to the paper. Running blank sheets does nothing to lessen it. Thanks Liinda
