Question about LG HBM 730 Bluetooth Headset Wireless Headset

Battery How long should a fully charged battery last? I"'ve had the headset for only a week and I basically have to charge it up when i get home each night because the battery literally goes dead by the end of the day. The headset is mostly in standby mode all day because I rarely talk on it during the day. Did my new headset have a weak battery when I purchased it?

A fully charged battery should last up to 4 hours if it's being used A LOT! But I lost mine and it was in standby mode for pretty close to 3 days and when I found it I was still able to use for quite awhile before charging it again.. So yes, it sounds like it had a weak battery..

maybe a fault. Try charging it a lttle more n leave it on a bit longer? if not you may have a duff one so just take it back!

My headset is charged, but it won't power on.

You can try letting the battery die completely (this make take a week or so) then plug it back into the charge and let it recharge fully. I would delete/disconnect headset from your phone in the mean time. Once headset is fully charged again put it and phone in pairing mode and see if it will work properly for you this time. This is probably a problem with the internal battery.
Some devices do not need to be charged for a very long time as this leads to eventual destruction of their battery.
The only way i can specify for you is for you to do the following.
Put it on charge and try turning it on, see if it comes on. If it does, the battery may be spoiled so cannot retain charge to power the device as it may have been over charged.
Also, if this doesn't work for you, the only thing you can do is to send it to an accessories store for check up or for repairs.

I sounds like the battery is not holding a charge. You may need to replace the battery soon. The beeping typically indicates a low battery

I charge my Jabra BT 125 every night, because of use and now it will only stay charged for about an hour or two and starts beeping like it's low charge, it fully charges with the charger until the light...

do not charge your mobile battery each night for best battery use, you need to charge the phone only when the battery is completely dead.

You should take the phone and have it fully check and service

Are you using the factory charger? If you use after market chargers you could basically blow the battery.

that could mean your headset is not charging. make sure the light is doing what it is supposed to when charging. you probably have a defective charger. happened to me. you could try pairing it with another phone to see how long it lasts. I found the Moto HS850 to be the only good, reliable one.
